If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we'll provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.


Non-Refundable Purchases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer remorse
  • Ordering the wrong product or color
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

SIM Card Requirement

Guardian 4G requires a compatible Nano SIM card with an active cellular plan to access features such as calling, messaging, GPS, and mobile connectivity.

A SIM card is not included with your purchase.

Because this information is clearly disclosed on our product page, we do not issue refunds due to the SIM card requirement or the need to activate cellular service.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
